Netpluz Asia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sangfor Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd, formalising a collaboration built around Sangfor’s Network Secure Firewall (NSF). The signing took place at Sangfor’s Singapore office, with Ngen Technologies Pte Ltd, Sangfor’s value-added distributor, as witness.
The MOU was signed by Anthony Huang, Senior Director (Network) Operations at Netpluz Asia, and Janet Yick, General Manager of Sangfor Singapore.

What the partnership covers
The agreement sets up a framework for the two companies to grow together and to bring managed security services to more organisations in the region. As part of it, Netpluz Asia joins Sangfor’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme and will use the Sangfor NSF as the platform for its managed firewall offerings.
For customers, this means access to an enterprise-grade next-generation firewall without the burden of running it themselves. Netpluz will handle deployment, monitoring and day-to-day management, so in-house IT teams can focus on the business instead of rule changes and alert queues.

Why it matters
Netpluz has long been known for connectivity. This partnership builds on that foundation and extends our security portfolio, giving customers one partner for both the network they rely on and the protection around it.
Joining Sangfor’s MSP programme also brings Netpluz closer to Sangfor’s technical, pre-sales and channel teams. That relationship means faster access to expertise and product updates, which in turn feeds into better service for our customers. The partnership is designed for the long term, which suits the multi-year managed service engagements many of our customers prefer.
We’d also like to thank Ngen Technologies for their support in bringing the two teams together and for their work through the technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept stages that led to this signing.
What’s next
Netpluz is now onboarding to the Sangfor MSP programme, which includes technical certification for our engineers and building out a managed firewall service catalogue based on the NSF. Following that, Netpluz and Sangfor will roll out joint go-to-market activities, including campaigns and customer events, so keep an eye on this page for updates.
