IDD 1551

Netpluz IDD 1551 Service is an international dialing service. It allows customers to call overseas from Singapore at a competitive price based on Netpluz Call Rates. 

The call charges are based on the destination countries called. You may refer to the call rates here.

There are 2 methods of calling in 1551 service, i.e. 1-stage dialing and 2-stage dialing.

• In 1-stage dialing, dial 1551 followed by the country code, area code and number
• In 2-stage dialing, dial 6225 1551 and after enter the correct pin, dial the overseas number in country code, area code and number

To sign up for the 1551 service, 

• Download and fill up the 1551 application form.
• The payment mode is by GIRO. Please download the GIRO form.
• Email the signed 1551 application form to iddteam@netpluz.asia and mail the hard copy of the  Giro form to the following address. We do not accept soft copy of the Giro Form.
