Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide off-site and on-site troubleshooting isolation and resolution
  • Responsible for attending to level 1 & 2 escalations and support
  • Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues
  • Manage infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems
  • Support customers via email and phone calls
  • Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely and meet performance SLA
  • Provide timely response to all issues reported by customers
  • Document the resolution of incidents and problems
  • Manage and observe system, network, application and service alerts
  • Ticketing & Escalation, engineer’s principle role is troubleshooting all the technical related issues
  • Issues are far too complex to be fixed quickly, this is when the NOC engineer must approach the next level for assistance
  • They must simultaneously maintain communication with the team to ensure they remain updated on any issues
  • Access network equipment remotely to identify and resolve issues
  • Maintain and comply with standard Company technical and administrative procedures
  • Work with customers, helpdesk, service manager, project manager, and vendor in problem-solving
  • Work on technical issues with Vendors or Carriers technical assistance Support Centres and oversee or escalate each problem until resolution

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in IT environment and professional certification like CCNA will be an advantage for this position.
  • Able and willing to work in a shift environment.
  • Strong analytical; skills and has a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems.
  • Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • On-job training will be provided.

Roles / Responsibilities
  • Proficient in resolving and troubleshooting networks related issues.
  • Ability to understand the technical issues related to day-to-day operations.
  • LAN/WAN/MAN, core network architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Coordination with remote site personnel for troubleshooting network hardware including Link Balancer, Firewall and Cisco router etc.
Requirements:
  • CCNA certified.
  • Knowledge on Firewall, Wireless, Cisco networking routing, and switching operations.
  • Good communications, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP, Multicast etc.
  • Min 2~3 years of working experience in the role of network administration/network operation.

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement those fixes
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware)
  • Experience with monitoring systems (e.g. Nagios, Cacti)
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl)
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform shift work

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns, promotional and educational events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to market trends and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns based on the approved marketing plan.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, email marketing etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Develop an understanding of customer buying journey and manage automated campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

Requirements
